Located at 10316 Roosevelt Boulevard N in St. Petersburg, Buttermilk Eatery is a “casual breakfast & lunch restaurant focused on providing fresh ingredients daily featuring pancakes, skillets and more in a contemporary interior.” Buttermilk looks to be about to expand to a new location in Pinellas Park.
Paperwork submitted by Asani Restaurant Group 2 LLC shows a new Buttermilk Eatery opening at 7054 US Highway 19 N.
Buttermilk Eatery offers a selection of breakfast favorites, including pancake and French toast variations, Biscuits & Gravy, and Country Fried Steak & Eggs. There are omelets, breakfast skillets, and benedicts like the Corned Beef Hash Benedict. On the lunch side are handhelds like the Avocado Chicken Sandwich, the TBLT (the first T is for turkey), and seven different burgers.
It’s not yet known what changes the menu might undergo in a Pinellas Park location. A representative of Buttermilk Eatery was not immediately available for comment on Monday.
The US Highway 19 location is part of the Shoppes at Park Place, a retail center whose culinary roster already includes brands like BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Starbucks, Chili’s Grill & Bar, and Five Guys.
